Your Art Master

Lori Angdahl, RDH

Our instructor, Lori Angdahl, lives in Washington with her husband, Scott, their boxer dog, Audrey, and their 7-month old baby, Baker. She has tried several careers but finally landed herself in hygiene school, graduating in 2016. While she loves dental hygiene, she experienced a loss that made her focus on how important self-care was. While she still practices, Lori started taking that self-care and art therapy into business to share with others in 2017. She is also the current President of WDHA!

Lori launched her business on a whim and started teaching easy acrylic paintings at venues where people could gather with their friends and family while eating and enjoying their favorite beverage. Business thrived with demand until the pandemic hit, and she had to pivot. She started teaching online and launched a membership club. Lori recently launched the "Happy Little Painter Box" for DIY paint nights with one-time purchases or membership options. 

You'll always see Lori with a Bob Ross t-shirt on while teaching, and she even includes him for encouragement during her in-person and virtual paint parties with a life-size cutout. Everyone can learn a little something from Bob Ross, and she wants to make every painting experience a positive one.
